SleekAI 1.2 is here! 🎉 This release includes some highly requested features and improvements. Let's dive in.

Streaming

Enhanced communication with OpenAI is now possible through the new streaming support in SleekAI. This feature ensures a continuous data flow to your WordPress site, allowing for real-time updates as the API processes requests. Streaming is particularly useful for chatbots, as it enables instant responses to user queries without the need to wait for the API to process the entire request before sending a response.

This significantly improves site responsiveness and user interaction. To fully benefit from streaming, verify that your hosting environment supports persistent connections required for Server-Sent Events (SSE), which most major hosting platforms accommodate, though some might require manual configuration.

Assistants

The latest update introduces support for Assistants, leveraging OpenAI's Assistants API for enhanced, context-aware interactions. This integration allows for stateful conversations, which means it remembers previous interactions, streamlining communications without needing to resend the full context with each request. Additionally, Assistants can handle up to 10,000 files, perfect for managing large datasets.

Admin condition for chatbots

Although just a minor addition, it is now possible to display chatbots only in the admin area. This is perfect for client widgets or internal tools that don't need to be visible on the front-end.

Query data type

The new query data type allows you to fetch multiple posts from a WP_Query and use the result as a data variable inside the initial instruction for chatbots.

Chatbot UI improvements

The chatbot interface has received a fresh update, featuring a more spacious design and the option to personalize the chatbot header with your own logo. Additionally, a new type of chatbot trigger button has been introduced, designed to resemble traditional triggers used in systems like Intercom.

Better documentation

While not directly related to the plugin itself, we've revamped the plugin's documentation to provide more detailed and user-friendly instructions.
