Setup – API Keys

After installing SleekAI, you will need to obtain an API key from OpenAI to use the plugin on your site. This key is used to authenticate requests to the OAI API.

  1. Go to the OpenAI API page.

  2. Click the "Create new secret key" button.

  3. Give your key a name and click "Create".

  4. Copy the key and paste it into the "API Key" field on the SleekAI settings page:

Edit the placeholder with your site URL, it will be saved for the next time you visit.

  1. Click "Set".

When successful, you should see a list of available models on the settings page.
